At IT Assets World, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
The product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Items that are physically damaged or broken due to misuse.
Products with missing serial numbers, tampered warranty stickers, or opened/altered internal hardware.
Software, downloaded digital items, and items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page.
🛠️ Used Laptop Return Policy
All used laptops come with a 30-day testing warranty only.
Returns for used laptops will only be accepted if there are valid hardware-related problems confirmed by our technical team.
Issues caused by software, liquid damage, power surge, Physical or Accidental Damage are not Covered Under Return Policy.
💻 Other Product Returns
Accessories, desktops, chargers, and IT parts can be returned only if there is a genuine defect or the wrong product was delivered.

Once approved by our team, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely and ship it back using a reliable courier.
After inspection and approval by our quality control team, a refund or replacement will be processed.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
📦 Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the product is defective or a wrong item was sent.
In such cases, we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable courier charges.
